The ideal candidate is highly organized and is comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
This is a full-time position located at our office in Stuart, FL.
Responsibilities:
- Work on a wide range of administrative tasks including external communications
- Manage administrative tasks related to subscription management including processing orders, create mailing files for distribution, and finalizing print orders
- Manage conference communications and media partnership agreements
- Coordinate conference promotions and event schedules for various products
- Organize and coordinate conference attendance for team
- Organize conference promotional materials
- Represent company at selected events
- Support the editorial team by reviewing and proofing newsletters and website content
- Support the sales & marketing team by organizing and scheduling digital adverts on company websites
- Support data collection as needed
- General administrative tasks including but not limited to expense reports, office supply order, and phone lists
- Answer and direct phone calls
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
