The Hawai‘i Marine Grants Lead will work within The Nature Conservancy’s Hawai‘i and Palmyra Chapter to provide high-quality writing of grant proposals and reports as well as a range of grant management functions to ensure successful financial and conservation outcomes. They will advance marine conservation priorities by identifying and researching grant opportunities and leading the writing, editing, routing, and tracking of proposals and reports.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Bachelor’s degree and 3 years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
- Experience successfully writing, securing, and managing grants in Hawaii.
- Experience managing and implementing multiple projects and coordinating the work of cross-functional teams with a high attention to detail.
- Experience communicating with and coordinating teams effectively to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines simultaneously.
Compensation: $62,200 – $73,200 annually
