The State of Louisiana department of Wildlife & Fisheries has an opening for a Biologist (1-3). In this position you will independently collect, maintain, compile and analyze biological and environmental data for the Office of Fisheries Michael C. Voisin Oyster Hatchery on Grand Isle, LA.

The incumbent is responsible for maintaining hatchery facilities and equipment, as well as maintaining tank water quality and assists in oyster larvae production. Works in support of programs to conserve, preserve, manage, and enhance renewable aquatic species and habitats.
