In this role, you take the lead in conducting incident investigations that result in meaningful, actionable improvements. You provide structure and consistency to project teams, ensuring that safety and quality remain integral throughout execution. As a trusted advisor to management team, you support the rollout of safety initiatives that enhance awareness and engagement across the organization. You will have the autonomy to shape your role, expand your expertise, and develop in alignment with your professional ambitions.
Your role
- You lead incident investigations within MAI, ensuring findings are thorough, accurate, and actionable;
- You provide project management support for the MAI service line, bringing structure, follow‑through, and consistency;
- You advise management on QHSSE‑related matters, contributing to informed decision‑making and continuous improvement;
- You support the NL QHSSE organization by contributing to initiatives, processes, and overall safety performance.
Your track Record
- You hold an NEBOSH, MVK or Integrated Safety qualification;
- You have least 5 years of hands‑on HSE project experience within a technical environment, preferably within the Marine sector;
- You are familiar with ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 standards;
- You have previous experience with auditing and certification processes within the quality domain;
- You are recognized for your proactive, practical mindset and strong sense of initiative;
- You demonstrate curiosity, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to continuous development;
- You have excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
