Your role
- You provide technical support for deployed USV’s, including diagnostics, remote troubleshooting, and system updates;
- You assist in commissioning and acceptance testing of new vessels, both on-site and remotely;
- You develop and maintain tools and scripts for system monitoring, diagnostics, and data analysis;
- You collaborate with software and automation teams to integrate and validate control systems, PLC logic, and user interfaces;
- You support the development and maintenance of full stack applications (C#.NET, Angular) used for USV control and monitoring;
- You contribute to the continuous improvement of support workflows, documentation, and knowledge sharing;
- You participate in field trials and provide feedback to engineering teams for system enhancements;
- You ensure compliance with safety, cybersecurity and marine operational standards.
Your track record
- You have a B.Sc. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in technical support, software development or industrial automation;
- You are proficient in C#.NET, Angular, and PLC programming (e.g., CODESYS, e!COCKPIT, IEC 61131-3);
- You are familiar with MQTT, Modbus and other industrial communication protocols;
- You have experience with remote diagnostics, system integration and field commissioning;
- You have strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, hands-on approach;
- You have excellent communication skills and the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams;
- You are willing to travel for field deployments and vessel commissioning.
Nice to Have
- As a plus, you have experience with maritime systems or autonomous vehicles,
- Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines, and;
- Familiarity with real-time control systems and sensor integration.
