Blue Ocean Appoints Knut Antonsen as New Sales Director

Knut Antonsen has been appointed Sales Director/CSO and will take up the position on August 1, 2023.

Knut will be responsible for developing Blue Ocean Technology’s customer portfolio and at the same time building up the company’s sales organization in Norway and internationally. He will be a key person in supporting the further growth of a rapidly growing market within closed aquaculture, both on land and at sea.

BOT logo pos mBHS 2He comes from a position as Aquaculture Specialist at Brødrene Dahl, where he has had sales responsibility for national and international customers. He has been heavily involved in the development of the product and services portfolio, product packages and customer solutions. Knut has previous experience from ScaleAQ as an advisor within the Seabased segment, from Steinsvik as sales manager Region West—and as regional manager aquaculture at Ahlsell Norway.

He is educated at Agder University College, has a broad network in the industry – and has been involved in a large number of projects at sea and on land along the Norwegian coast.
