  • Execute safe and efficient launch and recovery procedures for the ROV system.
  • Support the Supervisor with operational planning, safety documentation, and technical coordination.
  • Collaborate effectively with the ROV team, worksite personnel, and project staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Work directly with company personnel and clients to complete subsea tasks, aligning with project requirements managed by the Service Line Project Management Team and Director.

What you’ll need to thrive in this role:

  • Proven expertise in at least one core technical discipline (e.g., electrical, mechanical, hydraulic), with working knowledge across other related fields.
  • Competent in piloting ROVs and operating manipulators with precision and control.
  • Hands-on experience with various ROV systems, subsea tooling, and Launch and Recovery Systems (LARS).
  • Background in diverse subsea operations and adaptability to different offshore environments and conditions.
  • Experience supporting mobilizations and demobilizations as part of a collaborative offshore team.
  • Strong safety awareness, consistently working to the highest standards in line with the company’s Safety Management System.
  • Effective communicator, especially in emergency situations, with the ability to coordinate well with team members.
