Blue Latitudes Founders Make Forbes 30 Under 30 List

Amber Jackson (L) and Emily Callahan (R) are energetic entrepreneurs to watch, according to Forbes.

Emily Callahan and Amber Jackson, both 28 years old, are among the Forbes Magazine 30 Under 30 in the Energy arena for 2018.

You may remember them from an article they wrote for ECO in April 2015 about their proposal to repurpose California’s offshore oil rigs into vibrant reefs.

Forbes says that their Blue Latitudes business venture, “does ecological value assessments, Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV) surveys, and environmental support for decommissioning plans while engage3ing with regulators, government, and industry stakeholders.”
