Innovasea President Mark Jollymore Named New Chair of COVE

Innovasea, a global leader in technologically advanced aquatic solutions for aquaculture and fish tracking, is proud to announce that Innovasea President Mark Jollymore has been named the new Chair of the board of directors at COVE.  

Jollymore has been a COVE board member since 2019 and will take over as Chair immediately.  

“I’m honored to take on the role of Chairman and am grateful for the strong foundation that Ian Thompson and his predecessors have built,” said Jollymore. “This team has done incredible work in growing Canada’s marine technology economy, and I’m excited to help bring forth continued innovation that aligns with Innovasea’s mission of ocean and economic sustainability.”  

“Your leadership, vision, and passion will be instrumental as COVE continues to build on the strong foundation we’ve established as a global leader in marine technology,” added outgoing COVE Chairman Ian Thompson. “I am confident that under your guidance, COVE will achieve great success.” 

Founded in 2017, COVE oversees a collaborative community that brings Canada’s marine technology organizations together to transform ideas into commercial solutions.
