Nortek Appoints New Business Unit Director of Navigation

Rory Findlay has been appointed as Business Unit Director – Navigation, effective February 1. He has been with Nortek for more than eight years and has held the roles of Business Development Manager and Group Commercial Manager, working closely across technical support, sales, and business development for both Nortek’s Navigation (DVLs) and Oceanography (ADCPs) product lines.

In his new role, Rory will be responsible for the overall direction of the Navigation business unit, including financial performance, commercial oversight, product lifecycle management, and operational execution across Nortek’s navigation portfolio.

With Nortek’s transition to two dedicated business units, Oceanography and Navigation, in 2026, clear leadership and strategic focus are essential.
