In this capacity, Bjoern will oversee Customer Service and Technical Support, ensuring an advanced 24/7 support for clients worldwide. Furthermore, he will take on the responsibilities of Managing Director for both SevenCs GmbH and ChartWorld GmbH in Hamburg, reinforcing his commitment to the strategic vision of the organization.

The transition comes as Stephan Dimke, the outgoing Managing Director, passes the baton.
