Mr. Stupakoff’s extensive experience in managing marine contaminant characterization projects, environmental baseline studies, and long-term monitoring programs makes him a perfect fit for CSA as the firm continues to expand its environmental sampling and imaging capabilities. All of Tombo’s legacy services and resources are now available through CSA’s domestic and international offices.
